On 3 September 2026, Thammasat Design School (Faculty of Architecture and Planning), Thammasat University, hosted the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) renewal signing ceremony with AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited (AP Thai) at the Professor Vimolsiddhi Horayangkura Library (VMS Library), Thammasat Design School, Thammasat University.

The agreement was signed by Assoc. Prof. Daranee Jareemit, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, and Mr. Kittichet Sathitnoppachai, Chief Corporate and Digital Marketing Officer of AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The ceremony was also attended by Asst. Prof. Siwaporn Klinmalai, Ph.D., Associate Dean for Partnerships and Student Affairs, together with executive teams from TDS and AP Thai.

This renewed partnership connects academic knowledge with industry expertise through special lectures, joint studios, collaborative research, internships, site visits, real-world case studies, design competitions, academic seminars, and other collaborative activities.

The event also featured a session on AP Thai’s core real estate philosophy, focusing on “Unmet, Unspoken, and Unaware Needs,” followed by a special talk on “Urban Living and Spaces That Truly Understand Life,” featuring actor and influencer Mean Phiravich Attachitsataporn as a special guest. The session provided students with practical perspectives on urban living, user needs, design, and real estate development.
