The 25th ACP International Field Study 2026
Days 1–2, 24–25 August 2026
Theme: “Safety Management for Sustainable Asia: Creating Climate-Resilient Cities and Communities through Regional Collaboration”
The 25th ACP International Field Study 2026 brings together students and faculty members from ACP member universities across Asia for academic exchange, field-based learning, and cultural exchange.
DAY 1 | Welcome & Campus Tour
The program began with a warm welcome from the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Thammasat University, followed by a campus tour at Rangsit Campus and a visit to Thammasat Design School. The activities gave our international participants an opportunity to become familiar with Thammasat University and their host faculty.
DAY 2 | Official Opening & ACP Activities
The second day marked the official opening of the ACP International Field Study 2026, with opening remarks by Associate Professor Supreedee Rittironk, Ph.D., Vice Rector for International Affairs, Thammasat University.
We were also pleased to welcome Professor Yasuo Kawawaki Assistant to the President, Kansai University of International Studies, and Associate Professor Ayako Tanaka, Assistant Department Head, School of Management, Department of Management, Kansai University of International Studies. Professor Kawawaki spoke about the background and importance of the ACP network.
The morning continued with an introduction to the ACP program, its theme, team, staff, and facilitators by Dr. Federico Puggioni. In the afternoon, students introduced their countries, followed by icebreaker and cultural exchange activities with students from Japan, Indonesia, Italy, Tunisia, and Thammasat University.
The ACP International Field Study continues through 4 September 2026, with lectures, workshops, study trips, group work, student presentations, and an expert session.
The program is organized by the Office of Partnerships and Student Affairs, Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Thammasat University, with Dr. Federico Puggioni as Academic Coordinator and Ms. Satitaporn Lubkosa as Faculty Coordinator.
