The answers can be found at the intersection of psychology and Design Thinking. While Design Thinking is generally applied to design better products and services, through this 4-week, hands-on workshop, you will get a chance to learn and apply the Design Thinking methodology to your own life. Based on #1 Best New York Times best-selling book Designing Your Life, this course has been crafted for people in their twenties who are struggling in making a career choice.
At the end of the course, participants will know:
Taught by the only licensee in Thailand and Southeast Asia, the workshop will give you:
- A hands-on experience, so you that you can apply the concept of Designing Your Life to a real situation, get a deep understanding of tools and ability to utilize them in the future;
- An “actionable” plan after the workshop, so that you can start right away to change your life;
- The ability to design your life through the concept of meaning-seeking, increase creative confidence, adaptability; all reinforced by design thinking-based tools;
- The Ability to become more focused and resilient in the face of challenge, as well as develop greater self-awareness and experience greater overall well-being.

Certified “Designing Your Life” facilitator, PhD in Psychology, Founder of Modular Consulting
Permsit Lamprasitipon, Ph.D., is a counseling psychologist, and the official and only licensee of Designing Your Life in Southeast Asia. He is an expert in human-centered design, and has been teaching Designing Your Life and Design Thinking in both Private and Public sectors to 500+ people.
He is also a visiting lecturer in top-tier universities. His past experiences include working in the innovation field, organization psychology, market research, and corporate social responsibility. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), an MBA from SASIN, Chulalongkorn University; as well as Ph.D., Summa Cum Laude, on counseling psychology from Assumption University. He is also a certified Designing Your Life Coach, and Scrum Master.
Design Thinking expert who aims at improving Service in education, finance and consumer product sectors. Trained at Stanford d.school, with certification from MIT (Certified MIT Approach to Design Thinking) and IDEO (Certified IDEO Human-Centered Design).
Panunya is also an alumnus of Designing your Life, Stanford Life Design Lab, a methodology that applies design thinking to personal development. She is the Head of Business Development, AI & Robotics Venture Technology Incubator, at PTTEP. She holds a MS in Energy Resource Engineering, Stanford University and BE in Chemical Engineering, Chulalongkorn University.
